Chris Lattier, CEO
Christopher Lattier brings over 15 years of leadership and technology expertise as the IT Director at Sinclair Group Ltd., based in The Woodlands, TX. A long-time resident and active member of the local community, Chris has made a lasting impact through his extensive volunteer and charitable work, particularly in youth sports.
As the CEO and founder of Texas Terminators Softball, Chris has dedicated himself to building an elite, values-driven organization focused on development, discipline, and community. With a coaching résumé that spans more than 30 softball seasons from 8U to 18U, he has mentored hundreds of young athletes—instilling in them not only the fundamentals of the game but also the importance of hard work, sportsmanship, and confidence on and off the field
Louie Matta, President
Louie Matta is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of experience building, leading, and growing brands in both consumer and business markets. As the co-founder of Five 10 Five Athletics—a premier softball training center based in The Woodlands, Texas—Louie combines his business acumen with a lifelong passion for athletics to help young athletes develop their skills and confidence on and off the field.
In addition to his work in marketing and business leadership, Louie has helped coach multiple competitive softball teams, including the South Montgomery Girls Softball League (SMGSL) 12U Force and the 10U Stealth All-Star teams. Known for his ability to inspire players and foster team culture, Louie emphasizes hard work, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.
Maria Bedolla-Matta, Vice President
Maria Matta is an accomplished IT professional with over 20 years of experience leading complex, high-impact programs—most notably for Stanford University, where she successfully guided major initiatives from concept to completion. Known for her strategic thinking, organizational expertise, and ability to bring teams together, Maria has built a career on delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
A lifelong athlete, Maria grew up playing softball and brings that same competitive spirit and game knowledge to the Texas Terminators organization. Her blend of softball acumen and program management expertise helps ensure the organization operates smoothly, efficiently, and with a clear vision for success—on and off the field.
Reba, Terminator Mascot
Reba is the heart (and bark) of the Texas Terminators! As the team’s official mascot, she brings boundless energy, contagious enthusiasm, and a wagging tail to every game, practice, and event. Whether she’s greeting players with a smile, running the sidelines to cheer on a big play, or soaking up the attention from fans, Reba knows how to keep team spirits high.
A true joy to be around, Reba reminds everyone that softball is about more than competition—it’s about community, fun, and having someone in your corner who’s always happy to see you. With her playful personality and loyal presence, Reba has become just as much a part of the Terminators family as the athletes themselves.
